Simple, Transparent Pricing

We offer both models depending on the project type. Support retainers and hosting are monthly subscriptions. Projects can be fixed-price (for well-defined scope) or time & materials (for evolving requirements). We'll recommend the best approach during our initial consultation.

We accept wire transfers, ACH, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For projects, we typically require 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month.

No hidden costs. All pricing is transparent and discussed upfront. Some projects may have third-party costs (AWS hosting, domain registration, etc.) which are clearly itemized in your proposal and billed at cost.

Yes! You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. For support retainers, unused hours can be rolled over based on your plan limits.

For fixed-price projects, we absorb any overruns if the scope remains unchanged. If you request scope changes, we'll provide a change order with pricing before proceeding. Time & materials projects are billed for actual hours worked.

Yes! For projects over $50K, we can structure milestone-based payments. Typical structure: 30% to start, 40% at midpoint milestone, 30% upon completion. Custom payment schedules available for enterprise clients.
